Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items will be clearly identified on the product page before checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs outside of our control. If your package is damaged in transit or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order arrives with an issue that is the result of an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to help resolve it.
Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived defective.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, it may be sent back to you without a refund.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
